BDR Holding Group™, named after the property owner's son, is a family-owned and operated entity based in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

With a vision to help the town of Fountain Hills grow and thrive, David Racich purchased the only Class A building in the area with intentions of helping promote and amplifying the success of small businesses. He has resided in the area since the mid-1980's and is a strong supporter of the community and local business development. 

Palisades Business Center is also home to Emerson Art Gallery, boasting beautiful artwork crafted by local artists, including Fountain Hills High School students.  The building features newly renovated suites and common areas, beautiful views and so much more!
